These terms apply when you request a quote from, or hire, CreativeKing ("CreativeKing", "we", "us") to design, launch or maintain a website. By submitting a request through creativeking.pro or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

Our services

CreativeKing designs and launches websites and landing pages for small businesses, and offers optional ongoing monthly maintenance, hosting/domain/SSL setup, basic local SEO and Google Business Profile support. Starter packages start at $399; Business and Premium projects are quoted individually based on scope. Larger or custom projects (e-commerce, booking systems, memberships and similar) are scoped and quoted separately. Exact deliverables, timeline and price for your project are confirmed in writing before work begins.

Quotes and payment

Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide; the final price and payment schedule are confirmed with you before the project starts. Prices and packages described on this site are subject to change and do not apply retroactively to projects already agreed upon.

Domain and hosting

Whether a project's domain and hosting are registered in your name or in CreativeKing's name is discussed and confirmed with you before launch, on a project-by-project basis. Ask us if you'd like a specific arrangement.

Your content and cooperation

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of any text, images, logos or other material you provide for your website, and confirm you have the rights to use it. Timely feedback and content from you helps us keep your project on schedule.

No guaranteed results

CreativeKing designs and builds professional websites, but we do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as sales, leads, traffic or search engine rankings. Results depend on factors outside our control, including your market, offer and marketing strategy.

Ownership

Once a project is paid in full, you own the final website design and content delivered to you. CreativeKing may retain and reuse general techniques, components and know-how developed while building it, and may showcase the completed project in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Monthly maintenance

Maintenance plans are billed on an ongoing basis and cover the updates described in your plan. Either party may cancel ongoing maintenance with reasonable notice; canceling maintenance does not affect ownership of your already-delivered website.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, CreativeKing is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of your website or our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the project in question.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent change; continued use of our services after an update means you accept the revised terms.
